There are over 200 varieties of artisanal breads baked every day in Switzerland. They come in all shapes and sizes with flavors to address every taste. Most cantons have their specialties; all are marvelous. The same holds true for the incredible variety of pastries and cookies you’ll find all over Switzerland.
